Whether the sport of choice in your family is soccer, football, field hockey, cross country, or cheering, yoga can provide your child with the tools to have a successful season on or off the field this fall. Many professional athletes are turning to yoga to stay at the top of their game because of the many benefits a regular practice can bring.
Yoga can help athletes decrease their risk of injury and improve
their performance by :
-increasing core strength
-improving balance and coordination
-expanding range of motion and flexibility
-reducing muscle soreness and fatigue
Yoga also teaches breathing techniques that can help reduce performance anxiety and increase concentration.

This clinic will provide your child with tools to use all season long both before and after practice and games and during the off-season. Enrollment is limited to 8 students/workshop to ensure a quality experience. Boys and girls are welcome.
