Why Yoga? The practice of yoga is over 4000 years old. Yoga
is not a religion, although for some practioners it can be a very spiritual experience. Yoga has been proven to decrease stress, increase strength and flexibility, support immune function, aid digestion, create a general sense of well being, boost self-esteem, and even help you sleep better. Did you know that kids who practice yoga may show an increased attention span, improved test scores, and ability to better cope with stress. Growing Yogis classes are also designed to encourage creativity and foster much needed social skills.
Growing Yogis believes that yoga is for everyone, no matter your size, shape, or level of flexibility. We are committed to making yoga accessible for you and your family. Try a class for free and see how good you can feel! |
